The Information and Communications Administration and Postal Services Administration Council invited commentary from Tuesday, October 27 to Thursday, November 26, 2009 on approval of subsidy amounts and subsidy methods pursuant to Article 9, Paragraph 1 of the Telecommunication Business Law (Law No. 86, year 1984, hereinafter “the Law”), as well as approval of fee amounts and collection methods pursuant to Article 110, Paragraph 2 of the same Law. The result was that two comments were submitted.
The council will study and deliberate on the comments received and report its findings to the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications.
