The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has opened the Forum to Consider the State of the Protection of Citizen’s Rights in the Future ICT Field in order to study the state of the protection of citizens rights in the ICT field which is the fundamental infrastructure of democracy.

Purpose

The purpose of the forum is to study the state of protection of citizen’s rights, including the Right of Free Speech in the fundamental infrastructure of democracy, the ICT field.

Schedule

The first meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at 5:30PM in the 1st Special Conference Room (MIC 8th Floor), and discussions are planned to continue over the course of a year.
