The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has determined and published the Basic Policy for the Evaluation of Competitiveness in the Telecommunications Business Field based on the results of the public comments submitted.

The 2009 Operational Items for the Evaluation of Competitiveness in the Telecommunications Business Field have also been created based on this basic policy and public comments will be accepted from Monday, December 7 to Monday, December 28, 2009 regarding this proposal.
