Purpose and Background

The National Public Safety Commission, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry have been publishing the state of R&D technology concerning access control functions based on Article 7 paragraph 1 of the Act concerning the Restriction of Illegal Access (1999 Act No. 128).

These organizations are now accepting R&D information concerning access control functions to place in the reference material.

In addition, the information received will be placed in materials published by all three organizations in order to contribute to countermeasures against illegal access.

The deadline for submissions is Monday, December 28, 2009.
