The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has organized the Investigation Team concerning Ideas for the Use of New Radio Waves (Chairman: Norihisa DOI, Professor of Chuo University Science Department) for investigations into how to effectively use white space and the effective use of radio waves.

Proposals will be accepted from the public from Friday, December 11 to Tuesday, January 12, 2009 regarding measures to effectively use white space and other usage measures for radio waves which will contribute to the discussions of the investigation team.
