Results of Public Comments regarding a Notification Proposal to Partially Revise the Characteristic Test Testing Methods

Additional Testing Methods for Digital Simple Radio Stations, Special Low Power Radio Stations (Animal Detection Report System) and 2.4GHz Upgraded Low Power Data Communications Systems (For wireless maneuvering of model airplanes)

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) accepted public comments from November 13 to December 14, 2009 regarding a notification proposal to partially revise MIC Notification No.88 (Set to establish the characteristic test testing methods).

No comments were received during this period.

The MIC plans to quickly move ahead with plans to partially revise the notification based on the results of the public comments.
