The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has received a verdict from the Information and Communications Council marked October 16, 2009 regarding the State of Connection Rules in Response to Environmental Changes in the Telecommunications Market and the MIC has created the Guideline Proposal for the Operation of the Type II Specified Telecommunications Equipment System.

Therefore, the MIC will be accepting public comments from December 25, 2009 until February 5, 2010 regarding this proposal.
