When the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) reviewed the stationing of chief telecommunications engineers and then solicited comments between Saturday, September 5 and Monday, October 5, 2009 on the draft ministerial ordinance to partially revise both the Regulations for Chief Telecommunications Engineers and the Rules for Installation Technicians, as well as on the proposed revisions to related notices in order to make qualification certifications into plastic cards for chief telecommunications engineers and installation technicians, five comments were received. The MIC will announce the submitted comments and its view on them.
The MIC plans to revise related ordinances based on the comments received.

(1) Review of stationing of chief telecommunications engineers
(2) Review of outsourcing management systems
(3) Making qualification certifications into cards
(4) Review of the system for notifying schools, etc. of authorization
(5) Updates to other provisions as needed
