Between March 3 and April 2, 2010, the Low Power Radio System Committee (chairman: Hiroyuki Morikawa, professor at The University of Tokyo) at the Information and Communications Technology Sub-committee of the Information and Communications Council made a public appeal for opinions on the report proposal of the Low Power Radio System Committee.
Two opinions were submitted as a result, and this is an official announcement of those opinions along with the views of the Committee.
