The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) received 33 applications for R&D issues to be dealt with in the FY 2010 "ICT Innovation Promotion Project for Global Warming Measures (PREDICT)," and based on the results of external assessments the MIC has selected the proposals listed in the enclosed document.

　A public appeal for applications for R&D issues to be dealt with in the FY 2010 "ICT Innovation Promotion Project for Global Warming Measures (PREDICT)" was conducted from March 26 (Fri) to April 23 (Fri), 2010, and in response to this appeal 33 applications were received.
　This is to announce that the four proposals listed in the enclosed document have been selected based on the results of external assessments.
