On February 8, 2011, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) submitted an inquiry to the Radio Regulatory Council detailing the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications' opinions concerning Japan Broadcasting Corporation's FY 2011 income and expenditure budget, business plan and financing plan, and the Council replied stating its approval of attaching the opinions as outlined in the initial inquiry.
The opinions of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications are as per the enclosed document.
