The Information and Communications Council Technology Subcommittee, Satellite Communications System Subcommittee (Chief Investigator: Takeshi Hattori, Professor at Sophia University Department of Information and Communication Sciences) carried out an appeal for opinions on a draft report from December 18, 2010 to January 17, 2011.
