The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) is making a public appeal for organizations to carry out the issuance of subsidiary payments to people who can establish satellite broadcasting facilities for Japan Broadcasting Corporation (hereinafter, “NHK”) in locations that suffer poor reception of NHK's terrestrial television broadcasting.
1. Application period
From February 21 to March 18 (Fri), 2011 (must arrive by 17:00)
2. Target organizations
Organizations that have corporate status
3. Project subject to public appeal
Satellite Broadcasting Reception Countermeasure Project

5. How to submit application documents
Please submit by putting all FY 2011 Satellite Broadcasting Reception Countermeasure Project application documents, etc., in an envelope with “FY 2011 Satellite Broadcasting Reception Countermeasure Project Application Documents Contained Within” written in red. (Applications cannot be received by FAX or e-mail.)
Please note that any documents submitted cannot be returned.
6. Examination methods
An organization will be selected based on the opinions provided by external experts after assessment of documents and formats.
