This to announce that on March 2, 2011, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) established targets for business management achievements to be made by the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology in the next-term and mid-term period (FY 2011 - FY 2014), based on Article 29 Paragraph 1 of the Act on General Rules for Independent Administrative Agency (Act No. 103 of 1999 Law), and these instructions have been conveyed to the Institute.
