Approval of Revisions for NTT East and NTT West Type I Designated Telecommunications Equipment Connection Agreements (Reform of Connection Fees in FY 2011 Based on Actual Cost System)

  On March 29, 2011, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) received a reply from Information and Communications Administration and Postal System Administration Council concerning "the approval of revisions to NTT East and NTT West Type 1 designated telecommunications equipment connection agreements (reform of connection fees in FY 2011 based on actual cost system)" (Inquiry No. 3028 - dated January 25, 2011).
  Based on the Council's reply, this matter will be approved as of March 29, 2011.


1. Outline of revisions

  This is for the reform of connection fees and other processing costs, etc. in FY 2011, with the application of the actual cost system for exclusive lines, etc.

3. Schedule

  The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) will promptly approve this matter based on the Council's reply, and will request NTT East and NTT West to take the necessary measures.
