Authorization of Revised eAccess Ltd. and EMOBILE Ltd. Business Reconstruction Plan, Based on Special Law concerning Industrial Activity Reforms and Industrial Revitalization

  On March 30, 2011, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) authorized a "revised business reconstruction plan" as applied for on March 23, 2011 by eAccess Ltd. (Representative Director and President: Eric Gan) and EMOBILE Ltd. (Representative Director and President: Eric Gan), based on regulations in Article 6 of the Special Law (1999 Law, Act No. 131) concerning industrial activity reforms and industrial revitalization.

1. Outline of "revised business reconstruction plan"

  The eAccess Ltd. and EMOBILE Ltd. business reconstruction plan, based on the Special Law concerning industrial activity reforms and industrial revitalization, was authorized on June 29, 2010, but since there was an application from the same companies on March 23, 2011 for a revised business reconstruction plan, these revisions have been authorized based on regulations in Article 6, Item 1 of the same Law.
  This matter revises the above-mentioned business reconstruction plan in response to the merger of eAccess Ltd. and EMOBILE Ltd. Details of the authorized business reconstruction plan after revision are as per the enclosed document.
