The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) will partially revise relevant bulletins in order to service domestic technical standards relating to Appendix 10, Revision 85 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation.
Accordingly, an appeal for opinions on the relevant reform proposal will be held from March 31 (Thu) to May 2 (Mon), 2011.
1. Background

Based on this report, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) intends to carry out a partial revision of relevant bulletins in order to reflect in domestic technical standards the contents of Annex 10, Revision 85 of the ICAO Treaty.
