In view of the recent Eastern Japan Great Earthquake Disaster, the submission deadline of the appeal for proposals concerning the introduction of frequency auctions will be extended from April 8 (Fri), 2011 to April 28 (Thu), 2011.
1. Background
The initial appeal for proposals concerning the introduction of frequency auctions (published on March 11, 2011) was scheduled to run from March 12 to April 8 (Fri), 2011, but in view of the recent Eastern Japan Great Earthquake Disaster the deadline of the appeal will be extended until April 28 (Thu), 2011.
Please note that aside from the submission deadline, no other items have been changed.
2. About appeal for proposals
(1) Subjects of appeal
Please submit proposals regarding the following items:
- Additions to items published in the enclosed document as points at issue to be considered when introducing frequency auctions (including revised items published in the enclosed document)
- Points at issue published in the enclosed document, and ways of thinking about points at issue carried out in proposals according to the above-mentioned document
Please note that there have been no changes to the subjects of appeal as published in the report dated March 11, 2011.
(2) Submission deadline
Must arrive no later than 17:00 on April 28 (Thu), 2011
