The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has implemented external assessments in relation to a public appeal for proposals on living electromagnetic research in FY 2011, and based on the results of these assessments proposals concerning “research into the effects of electromagnetic environments on the functioning and development of immune systems” have been selected as per the enclosed document.
Applications were received from research institutions, etc. in response to the “Public Appeal for Proposals on Living Electromagnetic Environment Research in FY 2011,” which was held from February 25 to March 28, 2011.
This is to officially announce that external assessments have been implemented, and that based on the results of these assessments proposals have been selected as per the enclosed documents.
