The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) held a public appeal for proposals concerning Information and Communications Technology R&D in FY 2011, and based on external assessments and results thereof the MIC has now selected proposals for each subject as per the enclosed document.
The “Public Appeal for Proposals concerning Information and Communications Technology R&D in FY 2011” was held from March 30 to April 27, 2011, and there were submissions from each research institution.
This is to announce that as a result of the external assessment of these proposals, the MIC has selected the proposals outlined in the enclosed document.
