From May 7 to June 6, 2011, the Mobile Communications System Committee, Information and Communications Council Technology Subcommittee (Chief Examiner: Makoto Ando, Professor at Tokyo Institute of Technology Graduate School of Engineering) conducted an appeal for opinions on a draft report from the Mobile Communications System Committee. Fourteen opinions were submitted in response to this appeal, and these opinions along with the views of the Council are compiled and published herein.
