2. Outline
The Mobile Communications System Committee, Information and Communications Council Technology Subcommittee has been examining technical requirements for a 700MHz band safe driving assistance communication system since July 2009 at the former Wireless System Committee, and this draft report compiles its findings.
Please note that the “Mobile Communications System Committee Draft Report” will be published in the “Reports and documents” area of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) website (http://www.soumu.go.jp) and in the “Public comment” section of e-Gov (http://www.e-gov.go.jp), the electronic coordinated government contact website. It will also be provided for inspection via the contact desk at the Mobile Communications System Committee Office.

Written opinions submitted, including information relating to the opinions therein, names of proponents (names of corporations, etc., where appropriate) and other contextual information, may be published at a future date.
