Public Appeal for Proposals concerning FY 2011 “Self-Governing Body Cloud Promotion Project (Studies and Actual Proof of Business Data Links between Organizations)”

 The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) will hold a public appeal for proposals for studies and actual proof of data items and linked functions and systems, etc. to enable smooth business data links between self-governing bodies' business systems and information link foundations and cloud environments, in order to support the study of number systems and national ID systems for social security and taxes.


1. Project outline

 This project implements studies and actual proof of linked data items and link interface functions, etc. to enable business data links between self-governing bodies' business systems and information link foundations, with support for the study of number systems and national ID systems for social security and taxes, in order to service environments to ensure that smooth business data links between various self-governing bodies can be implemented even in cloud environments.


2. Submission of proposals

(1) Submission period for planning proposals
   Must arrive no later than 17:00 on July 28 (Thu), 2011
   (Mailed submissions must also arrive by this date)

(2) Commissions
   Private corporations (legally established corporations or non-profit organizations)

(3) How to submit planning proposals
   Please create planning proposals in accordance with the implementation outline and planning proposal style, and submit your proposal(s) to the contact address provided below.
