From June 25 to July 25, 2011, the Mobile Communications System Committee, Information and Communications Council Technology Subcommittee (Chief Examiner: Makoto Ando, Professor at Tokyo Institute of Technology Graduate School of Engineering) sought opinions on a draft report from the Mobile Communications System Committee, in response to which 14 opinions were submitted.
