The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) conducted a public appeal for proposals for FY 2011 "research relating to quantitative investigation of opthalmic radio wave absorption," and as a result of having carried out an external assessment it has now selected the proposal outlined in the enclosed document.
The public appeal for proposals for FY 2011 "research relating to quantitative investigation of opthalmic radio wave absorption" was held from April 20 to May 23, 2011, in response to which one submission was received.
This is to announce that the proposal outlined in the enclosed document has been selected as a result of an external assessment.
