From November 30, 2011 to January 4, 2012, the Information and Communications Technology Sub-Council, Broadcasting System Committee (Chief Examiner: Susumu Ito, professor at Tokyo University of Science, Department of Science and Engineering) held an appeal for opinions on its draft report. As a result, 17 opinions were submitted, and these are officially announced herein along with the views of the Council.
