The Information and Communications Council Information Technology Subcommittee, Aviation and Maritime Radio Communication Committee (Chief Investigator: Tetsuya Miki, Special Advisor to President of University of Electro-Communications) held an appeal on its draft report from December 15, 2011 to January 13, 2012.
