Succession of FM802, Inc. VHF Broadcasting Channel License

 On March 23, 2012, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) approved the succession of special terrestrial key broadcasting office (VHF broadcasting) licensee status carrying out foreign language broadcasting belonging to Kansai Intermedia Corporation (Shoichi Takada, CEO and President) as per a radio station license succession application received from FM802, Inc. (Michio Kiya, CEO and President).

 This matter concerns the transfer of special terrestrial key broadcasting office licensee status accompanying a transfer of broadcasting business from Kansai Intermedia Corporation to FM802, Inc., as per the outline provided below.
