Commencement of Hearing of Opinions from Parties Concerned on “Technical Requirements for the 4G Mobile Radio Communication System (IMT-Advanced) among “Measures for Effective Use of Frequencies of Mobile Phones, etc.”

1.Parties concerned eligible for participating in statement of opinions

  Any person who has learning and experience or knowledge concerning “technical requirements for the 4G mobile radio communication system (IMT-Advanced)” (No restrictions on nationality)
 

2.Method of statement of opinions

  The statement of opinions will be held in Japanese at the Subcommittee for Upgrading Mobile Phones, Department on Information and Communications Technology, Information and Communications Council to be held on June 20 (Wed), 2012.
 

3.Necessary procedures for participating in statement of opinions

  If anyone wishes to participate in the statement of opinions, please submit a document with name (in the case of any juridical person or organization (hereinafter “juridical person, etc.”), name of a juridical person, etc. and name of a representative, position and name of a person who participates in the statement of opinions) and occupation (not required in the case of any juridical person, etc.) of a person who participate in the statement of opinions as well as a digest of opinion to the following address by mail, FAX or E-mail no later than June 5 (Tue), 2012, 6:00PM. We may make necessary adjustments for reason of time for deliberation
  All costs required for participating in the statement of opinions shall be borne by persons who participate in the statement of opinions.
