Decision on Third Issue of “Project to Promote Computerization in Disaster Regions” in Great East Japan Earthquake Reconstruction Measures
From December 22 (Thu), 2011 to February 29 (Wed), 2012, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) received applications for “Project Promoting Computerization in Disaster Region”. The MIC has made the third decision on issue concerning projects applied and they are officially announced herein.
1.Outline
(1) Targets in this project
Special local public bodies (including special district authorities and wide area unions) or related bodies including them (hereinafter, “special local public bodies, etc.”) in Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Law on Special Great East Japan Earthquake Reconstruction Areas (Act No. 122 of 2011)
(2) Subsidized project
This project subsidizes the following projects which promote reconstruction in the disaster regions by providing support to efforts for solving issues of special local public bodies through use and utilization of information and communications technology (ICT) in an efficient and effective manner.
(3) Period for application
December 22 (Thu), 2011 to February 29 (Wed), 2012
