Report of Results of Receipt of Applications for Authorization of Establishment Plans for Specified Base Stations for Diffusion of 3.9G Mobile Communications Systems to the Radio Regulatory Council

Specified base stations using frequencies between 773MHz and 803HMz
On June 13, 2012, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) submitted a report to the Radio Regulatory Council (Chairman: Tadaaki Maeda, Advisor to Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd.) concerning the results of receipt of applications for authorization of the establishment plans for specified base stations (specified base stations using frequencies between 773MHz and 803MHz) for diffusion of 3.9G mobile communications systems.

Three applications have been made concerning the authorization for the establishment plans for specified base stations (specified base stations using frequencies between 773MHz and 803MHz) for diffusion of 3.9G mobile communications systems as described on press release of May 28, 2012.
Although the MIC is currently examining those applications, the authorization of the establishment plans has to go through an inquiry to the Radio Regulatory Council. Therefore, a report on the results of the receipt of applications was submitted to the Council on June 13, 2012 before the authorization and it is officially announced herein.
