FY2012 Project to Dispatch “Regional Computerization Advisors”

  The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) dispatches capable “Regional Computerization Advisors” with knowledge and expertise in this field to regions that are ambitiously working to achieve regional vitalization through ICT. In this fiscal year, 72 personnel and 1 organization actively working with citizens and advanced cities, towns and villages have been appointed as FY2012 “Regional Computerization Advisors.” The MIC has started to accept applications for dispatch from June 18 (Mon), and it is officially announced herein.

1.About “Regional Computerization Advisors”

  The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) appoints experts who have knowledge and expertise in regional computerization through university-based research activities and regional business/NPO activities, specific work at local public bodies, and so on.
 

2.Requests for dispatch of “Regional Computerization Advisors”

  The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) is dispatching Regional Computerization Advisors based on requests from local public bodies as part of a survey of the state of human support for regional computerization. 　
  Regional Computerization Advisors with knowledge and expertise in this field will give advice based on actual regional circumstances in the form of seminars and individual suggestions from a technical point of view, etc. 　
  For in-depth dispatch requirements and procedure, etc., please contact The Association for Promotion of Public Local Information and Communication (APPLIC), which is the organization implementing this project.
