
Appeal for Opinions on Draft Partial Revision related to Disclosure of Necessary Information for Connection with Category I Designated Telecommunications Facilities
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has compiled a draft notice for partial revision of the notice of MIC No.395 of 2001 (Subject concerning disclosure of information based on the provision of Article 23-4, Paragraph 3 of the Regulations for Enforcement of the Telecommunications Business Act) in response to the report from the Information and Communications Council titled “State of Environmental Maintenance for Promotion of Broadband Diffusion” (December 20, 2011). An appeal for opinions on this draft notice will be held from August 4 (Sat) to September 3 (Mon), 2012.
1.Outline
Among the matters related to environmental improvement for promotion of broadband diffusion shown in the report from the Information and Communications Council titled “State of Environmental Maintenance for Promotion of Broadband Diffusion” (December 20, 2011), this notice will be partially revised based on the report concerning matters related to smooth use of subscriber optical fiber by connecting carriers.
