Appeal for Opinions on Draft Partial Revisions of Notices, etc. related to the Ordinance Concerning Terminal Facilities Etc.

1.Background and outline of revision

  As the switching over (reallocation of frequencies) from 2G mobile radio communication systems to 3G mobile radio communication systems (including 3.5G and 3.9G) has completed by July 24, 2012 in the context of expanded dissemination of portable radio communications, the MIC has held an appeal for opinions on a draft institutional improvement to delete the provisions for 2G mobile radio communication systems, etc. since August 23 (Thu), 2012. In line with this, draft partial revisions of notices, etc. related to the Ordinance Concerning Terminal Facilities Etc. have now been compiled, and an appeal for opinions on them will be held.
