Fifth Presentation of Achievements of “Research and Development for Expansion of Radio Wave Resources” to be Held

1.Outline

  Having an eye to establish the world’s best wireless broadband environment, the MIC has conducted the “R&D for Expansion of Radio Frequency Resources” to develop technologies for efficient use of frequencies and for promotion of joint use of frequencies with the aim of relaxing a stringent situation of frequencies less than 6GHz that are used very densely.
  The MIC will hold a presentation of achievements for the purpose of widely presenting the achievements of seven R&D theses that completed in FY2011 and exchanging various opinions on measures for further use of the achievements between researchers and parties concerned.

  (1) Time and date: November 30 (Fri), 2012: 1:30~4:20PM (exhibition of achievements: 1:00~5:00PM)
  (2) Venue: Annex Hall, Pacifico Yokohama (1-1-1 Minato-mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Japan)
 

3.Content of the presentation of achievements

  Persons who conducted R&D will make presentations on their achievements. In addition, exhibit panels of R&D achievements will be displayed.
