Decision on Petition of Objection to Administrative Disposition of Rejection related to Application to Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications for Award Filed by Cable Television Broadcaster in Tokushima Prefecture

　The Radio Regulatory Council (Chairman: Tadaaki Maeda, Advisor to Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd.) held on November 28, 2012 made a resolution to the effect that the procedures for award are to be started with regard to an application for award made by Hinoki Co., Ltd. a cable television broadcaster in Tokushima Prefecture. On December 5, 2012, the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications decided to proceed with the procedures for award based on the said resolution.

　　Number of: deliberation No.3 of 2011

2. Outline of decision

　　As a result of the deliberation on the petition of objection mentioned above made in the Radio Regulatory Council, a resolution to the effect that the procedures for award are to be started was made.
　　Therefore, a decision is made based on the said resolution.
　　　　　 

3. Future plans

　　The MIC will take necessary procedures for award.
