Official Announcement of Results of Appeal for Opinions on “Draft Report from Investigative Commission for Promotion of Effective Use of Radio Spectrum”

1. Background

　　The MIC has held the “Investigative Commission for Promotion of Effective Use of Radio Spectrum” from April 11, 2012 to bring forward investigations on various problems and specific policy for effective use of radio spectrum.
　　An appeal for opinion on the “draft report from the Investigative Commission for Promotion of Effective Use of Radio Spectrum” (hereinafter “draft report”) was held from November 17 to December 7, 2012. In response to this appeal for opinions, opinions were submitted from 70 parties. The “Report from the Investigative Commission for Promotion of Effective Use of Radio Spectrum” was compiled based on these opinions submitted, and it is officially announced herein.
