Approval of Change of Interconnection Tariff Relating to Category I Designated Telecommunications Facilities of NTT East and NTT West

1. Background

　　This case is to newly prescribe in the interconnection tariff on procedures and procedural costs for other telecommunications carriers to receive disclosed information that has newly become subject to disclosure due to the partial revision of the Notice of MIC No.395 of 2001 in October 2012 (Subject relating to the disclosure of information based on the provision of Article 23-4, Paragraph 3 of the Regulations for Enforcement of the Telecommunications Business Act) based on the report from the Information and Communications Council in December 2011 titled, “State for Environmental Maintenance for Promotion of Broadband Diffusion.”

　　This case is based on the proviso of Article 169 of the Telecommunications Business Act (Act No. 86 of 1984), etc. and was approved as a minor matter which does not require an inquiry to the Information and Communications and Posts Administrative Council.
