MPHPT appoints designated body to determine appropriateness of sending specified email messages
The MPHPT today appointed the JAPAN DATA COMMUNICATIONS ASSOCIATION (Director: TANI Masahito) as the designated body that will undertake the work of determining the appropriateness of sending specified email messages, based on Article 13-1 of a law (2002 LAW No.26) on topics including the appropriateness of sending specified email messages.
