MPHPT invites comments on draft partial amendment to Examination Standards for the Radio Law


The MPHPT has prepared draft partial amendment to the Examination Standards for the Radio Law (Ministerial Ordinance Article No. 67 (January 6, 2001)) concerning the examination standards of radio stations in 5 GHz wireless access system and land mobile station for television relay service in the 11/15 GHz bands provided by telecommunications carriers. Comments are invited from the public concerning this draft amendment until December 26.
