Notice concerning fictitious billing of charges for access to paid adult sites

There has been a steady increase since the beginning of this year in inquiries made to Consumer advisory center for telecommunication services of the MPHPT along the lines of "I have received an e-mail with a big invoice for usage of a paid adult site on the Internet that I have no recollection of using. Do I need to pay it?" or "I did perhaps use it but the invoice is extremely high. Is it necessary to settle the bill?"

This kind of invoicing has recently become more ingenious, and notice is given for the public to be vigilant.
