The MPHPT today approved the corporate restructuring
plan that had been submitted by Cablevision 21 KK, in accordance
with regulations in article 3 of the Law on Special Measures
for Industrial Revitalization (Industrial Revitalization Law).
Cablevision 21 will improve its financial standing through an
increase in capital and by strengthening its management base.
The company is planning to increase the number of its subscribers
through the construction of facilities that are suited to the
process of digitalization, and along with meeting the needs
of the digitalization of broadcasting which will gain momentum
in the future, it will introduce new services such as set-top
boxes with new functions and interactive broadcast service equipments.
