MIC invites comments on draft report concerning Measures for Preserving Important Communications Such as Emergency Messages on IP Networks




The Committee for the Advancement of Emergency Message Systems (chaired by Prof. DOI Norihisa, Chuo University) of the Information and Communications Technology Sub-Council of the Information and Communications Council has been investigating measures for preserving important communications, such as emergency messages, on IP networks since March 2004, and recently compiled a draft report concerning these measures.

The MIC invites comments, in Japanese, concerning this draft report until February 25, 2005.
