Applications were accepted from May 1, to May 21, 2009 concerning the Invitation for Organizations to Implement Operations to Promote the Spread of Energy-Saving Electronics by Utilizing Eco-Points, and a total of two applications were received for corporations to set up and manage the fund created by the government, and seven applications for bureaus to perform eco-point system operations for commissions from established funds.
Proposals from the following applicants were adopted after being examined by experts from an outside evaluation committee.
