The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) will disclose and hold explanation sessions for the Advanced Information Communication Human Resource System Program (PBL educational material to develop ICT management material (For three categories: ICT service management, ICT human resource management, ICT investment management) and E-learning lecturing support systems for advanced information communication human resources) which has been developed.

The educational material and system will be actively used at graduate schools specializing in the information communication field, high school organizations, research operators and corporations.

Note: PBL (Project based learning): An educational method where experience of actual projects and pseudo projects makes the learner able to acquire methods and abilities to solve problems.
