The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) will be accepting applications from organizations that will re-form into a foreign edition programs produced in Japan that can contribute support of African nations by creating international program libraries which could be offered to countries in Africa.

Applications will be accepted from June 3, to June 17, 2009 at 5PM (Applications sent by mail must be postmarked by the deadline.)
