It has been recognized that an egregious error, caused by a lack of care in the editing that is required for television shows under the Broadcast Act (Act No. 132, 1950) Article 2 of 3 Item 1 No. 3., has occurred in a broadcast aired by TBS Television Inc. on April 11, 2009 called ‘Information 7 days Newscaster’. The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has requested today that TBS Television Inc. take measures to prevent the reoccurrence and to take strict precautions so that it does not happen again in the future.
