The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has undergone an external evaluation of the 2^nd public proposal invitation for R&D on ICT technologies in FY2009, and based on these results, adopted various proposals for each problem.

The MIC accepted proposals from various research organizations from April 27 to May 19, 2009 for the four problems and eight R&D problems concerning the 2^nd public proposal invitation for R&D on ICT technologies in FY2009. Various proposals were adopted for each problem based on these results.
