The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has been working steadily to promote measures related to the development of fair competition rules based on the New Competition Promotion Program for 2010 (Formulated on September 19, 2006, and revised on October 23, 2007.)

A progress report has been put together for the revised program, along with additional revisions to accurately meet the rapidly changing market conditions.
