The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications will invite public comment on the First Draft Proposal by the Study Group Concerning the Various Problems with the ICT Service Based on User’s Viewpoints from today until Tuesday July 28, 2009.

In April, due to new ICT services and the distribution of information through new technologies which has created a need to organize relations with various rights, MIC organized a study group concerning the various problems with the ICT service based on user’s viewpoints, and it has studied the matter. As the study group recently compiled its first draft proposal, public comment is invited on it.

Subject: First Draft Proposal by the Study Group Concerning the Various Problems with the ICT Service Based on Users Viewpoints
Submission Deadline: Must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2009
(However, valid if sent by post and postmarked July 28, 2009.)

Future Schedule
The first proposal will be compiled at the next meeting based on the comments submitted, and it will then be made public.
